Terms governing use of Car Clarity consulting and negotiation services.
Nature of services
Car Clarity provides independent automotive consulting, deal-review, and negotiation assistance. Car Clarity is not a dealership, lender, insurer, law firm, tax advisor, or vehicle manufacturer.
No guaranteed outcome
No specific savings, approval, rate, vehicle availability, trade value, dealership participation, payment, delivery date, or transaction outcome is guaranteed.
Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for independently reviewing and signing all purchase, finance, lease, registration, insurance, warranty, and dealership documents.
Accuracy of information
Recommendations depend on information supplied by the client. Car Clarity is not responsible for conclusions affected by incomplete, inaccurate, altered, or outdated information.
Third-party services
Dealerships, lenders, payment processors, delivery providers, and other third parties operate independently and maintain their own terms and practices.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, reports, templates, and materials are owned by Car Clarity or used with permission and may not be reproduced without authorization.
